I would go with a cinder block wall, it is stronger, and as long as you have a
ladder longer than it you can shoot above it.

cinder block all the way but build strong towers on the corners to shoot from,
store supplies there too, out of reach of zombies incase of an over run

everything can be over run eventually, give it a million billion zombies, and
than like 50 years, and they will be able to break the cinder block somewhere
at least once, so always have a back up plan, no matter how good your original
seems

But after fifty years, who's really gonna care if they're dead??? I mean...the
years would eventually get to you and it wouldn't matter. That or you would
have probably moved on to another place by then.

not if its big enough, maybe holding 20-50 people, eventually they would make
add ons to make it bigger, but a big enough horde over a long enough time then
you would eventually become over run... its kinda like that a million monkeys
and type writers thing, anything can happen if its given enough chances

of course a cinderblock wall would fair much better than a chain link but look
at it thise way.. pre Z-day...cinder blocks are expensive and so is the cement
that you nee to fill it in post Z-day cinderblocks a very heavy and would take
a very very long time to set up and fill it an entire wall big enough to do any
good.. not to mention the mortars drying time

thats kinda y i ws thinking make a small wooden wall with another wooden wall
hm say about 8 ft behind it then wen thats done fill it with cement, cinder
bloacks, anything that wil be strong. the wood will protect it while its drying
and once its all done you have a nice wall hidden behind some wood. basicly
like pouring plastic into a mold but its cement and the mold is wood

Gd idea. I saw that in Stephen king's It. A few problems with cost and the wood
may burn or get wet.

dont forget tho, the wood is only temporary and is only meant to last as long
as the cement drys, and everything will be free once zombies start eating
peoples fingers because no body will be able to buy with debit anymore "I CANT
PUSH THE BUTTONS!!!!!"

make sure you dig a hole about half the height of the wall and put the wood
inside that and fill with cement so that the wall goes underground because
otherwise the only thing in the ground keeping it up is the wood and the cement
would be to heavy, thus making a giant concreat slab laying on the ground. and
not protecting you from zombies. lol.

i was wondering, when (if ever) will there be a Z.E.S.S.T. gathering? kinda
like the youtube gatherings, but about zombies, where we can all get together
and plan there

I am installing a 6 foot high wood privacy fence this summer around my home. It
will have an remote gate on the drive way. I don't think it will be a stop all,
but it will at least slow the zombies down.
